Peace on Earth is the name of this week’s painting and post. I’m pretty sure I don’t need to explain why I’ve chosen this name. But! Just in case you’re new to this virtual space, here’s a bit more information about this blog. Ready

Are you ready for the holidays? Ready or not, here they come. And, I decided to keep things simple this year. Meaning? Well, I decided to make this simple painting into a limited edition print and Christmas / Holiday Card. So, if you’re related to me, you have already seen this little blue bird. We have this sweet bird hanging on a branch of our artificial Christmas tree. I think it would make you smile if you got to see it in person. And I hope it makes you smile here too. Here it is!

The original is only 4×4 inches and painted in gouache on cold press paper. It’s not for sale. But I wish it could spread peace and joy all over the world right now. I’m keeping this week’s post short and sweet, gentle reader.
