Work in Progress
So, this is a painting in progress. That means I’m not finished with it yet. And, so here it is at it’s current version. There’s lots of fun things happening here. Such as? Well, I want to incorporate light heartedness into paintings when I can.
In this painting, I am using primary colors to show that feeling. And, the objects in this painting all mean something to me. But I will share the details when the painting is finished. Here’s a closer look. Enjoy!

November 7, 2024Love this painting so far. The bright blue is just beautiful! Interested in the final painting because it already looks great to my rookie eyes.
The activist Valerie Kaur who founded TheRevolutinary Love Project is using interesting language these days. She suggests seeing the darkness some may be feeling as “not a tomb but a womb” out of which a creation of great beauty and love will come. Just a way of thinking I hadn’t come across till her words came to me.
