Rocky Forest Paradise

Greetings from Rocky Forest Paradise! Where might that be? Ooooh I can’t wait to share. But first, whether you are new here or not, know that this is a colorful painting place. Meaning? That means that each week I share a colorful painting for you to see and enjoy. My hope is that these colorful, affordable paintings will delight your eyes and – hopefully – lift your spirit or mood! OK here’s this week’s color fix.

The Setting

We are still on the road in the northeast this week. Right now we are in the Pine Tree State. Where’s that? You guessed it, Maine. The hikes, kayaking adventures, camping spots have all been amazing here. In fact, it’s almost been overwhelming!

So with this week’s painting, I decided to set up inside our little camper and paint the beautiful rocky forest paradise view. Here’s a picture of that.

Even though I painted this painting like mad, I felt relaxed. Maybe the snores from BDE (best dog ever) were soothing me as I painted? Who knows. Here’s the end result.
